Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) seeks a School-Based Behavior Technician to implement ABA strategies under BCBA supervision. You will work with teachers and staff to promote skill development and positive student participation in school days.

The role offers a full-time schedule aligned with school calendars, paid onboarding, and growth opportunities into clinical and educational paths. Compensation includes an hourly rate with structure and bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to assigned school sites and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Support students during transitions and routines
