Job summary

Navra Education is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students in school-based settings across California. This role helps students develop behavioral, social, communication, and academic skills.

You will provide one-on-one or small-group support, collect progress data, and collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, school staff, and families to promote successful outcomes. A supportive team offers opportunities for contract extensions and ongoing placements with competitive weekly W-2 pay

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs.
• School-based, ABA, special education, or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus, but not required for all openings.
• Strong communication, reliability, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
