Job summary

Ro Health is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond in Massachusetts. The role focuses on meaningful, student-centered work within school settings, with a dedicated clinical team offering supervision and growth opportunities.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and school staff to support progress while maintaining confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs is preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA with BIPs designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in goals from IEPs including behavior, social skills, communication, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition; collaborate with BCBA and school staff to adjust strategies.
