Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician / Behavior Interventionist for a school-based position in Burlington, Vermont. The role offers direct behavioral support to students and collaboration with educators to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include implementing intervention plans, collecting data, and supporting students toward social, emotional, and behavioral goals in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with students with behavioral needs preferred.
• School-based, ABA, mental health, or behavioral support experience is a plus
• Experience implementing behavior intervention strategies preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for supporting students and promoting positive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans and positive behavior support strategies
• Assist students in achieving social, emotional, and behavioral goals
• Collect and document behavioral data and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
