Job summary

Community Autism Services is seeking a School-Based Behavior Technician to support students on school campuses. You will implement ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, collaborate with teachers and clinical staff, and help students participate meaningfully in the school day.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to school sites and a valid driver's license.
• No prior ABA experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification and ongoing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans.
• Support skill development related to communication and readiness.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
