Community Autism Services (CAS) seeks a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings, under BCBA supervision, building hours toward a full-time schedule.

The role offers weekday availability, paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and a clear path to full-time opportunities, with a supportive CAS team and structured growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your service region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
