360 Behavioral Health in California is seeking a Behavior Technician – Empowerment Specialist to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through structured ABA therapy. This role supports 1:1 client work and collaborates with supervisors and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will provide therapy hours, follow BCBA-guided plans, maintain data, and uphold HIPAA and company policies while enjoying a supportive team culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
