Job summary

Community Autism Services, now partnered with Bluebird ABA, seeks a School-Based Behavior Technician to provide direct 1:1 ABA support for children in school settings.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with educators and caregivers under BCBA supervision. Training and supervision are provided to help you grow into advanced clinical and educational roles.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to complete required training.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ABA or school-based support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA treatment plans and teach replacement skills.
• Collect accurate behavioral data as instructed by the BCBA.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers and clinical supervisors.
• Participate in required trainings and supervision meetings.
