Behavior Frontiers is hiring for Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will support children with autism by teaching communication, social skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data using our electronic software, analyze progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to adjust interventions. Some college credits or enrollment required; must be 18+ and pass background checks and health

Qualifications

• Must have 18 years or older.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, social skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data with our proprietary electronic software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
