Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You will help individuals with autism develop communication, play skills, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data with our electronic software to support real-time decisions and collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Some college credits or current enrollment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, make friends, and achieve independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data with proprietary electronic software for real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
