Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed behavior specialist or BCABA/BCBA, or working toward BCBA.
• Experience working with PK-12 students.
• Extensive knowledge of behavioral interventions and strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of the district's BCBA/Assistant Director of Behavioral Services.
• Collaborate with teachers on classroom management and practices.
• Support students in implementing IEP/504 plans and behavior plans.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions.
• Maintain records and communicate progress to teams.
