Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed behavior specialist or BCBA/BCABA, or pursuing BCBA.
• Experience with PK-12 students.
• Knowledge of effective instruction and behavioral interventions.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students under BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with teachers on classroom management.
• Push into classrooms to model interventions.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decisions.
• Design and monitor behavior plans and assessments.
• Maintain records and compliance with regulations.
