Job summary

Aspire Educational Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time School-Based Behavior Consultant to support students with ASD and other developmental disabilities in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop BIPs, and train school staff to implement evidence-based ABA strategies.

You will collect data, monitor progress, contribute to IEP meetings, and ensure ethical and legal compliance in educational settings, including IDEA and FERPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behaviour analysis or related field.
• BCBA or PA licensure is required.
• Experience conducting FBA and developing BIP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify functions of challenging behaviours.
• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP).
• Provide training and support to school staff on ABA principles and behavior strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency across settings.
• Participate in IEP/Manifestation/related meetings and ensure compliance with IDEA/FERPA.
