Job summary

Aspire Educational Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time School-Based Behavior Consultant to support students with ASD and other developmental disabilities in the Greater Philadelphia area.

You will conduct FBA, design and implement BIP, and train school staff to use ABA strategies to improve behavior, social skills, and academics. Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and collaboration with teachers, parents, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in behaviour analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
• BCBA or PA Licensed Behavior Specialist.
• Experience conducting functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and developing behaviour intervention plans (BIP).
• Experience using data collection software and behaviour tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify functions of challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP).
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on ABA and behavior management.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency across settings.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Participate in IEP/Manifestation/other school meetings to discuss goals and interventions.
