Job summary

Aspire Educational Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time School-Based Behavior Consultant to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop BIPs, and train school staff.

Focused on students with ASD and developmental disabilities, you will improve behavior, social skills, and academics in the school setting. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families, travel across the Greater Philadelphia area, and ensure compliance with IDEA and FERPA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behaviour analysis, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification or PA license is required.
• Experience with FBA and BIP in school settings.
• Experience working with ASD/developmental disabilities in schools.
• Ability to travel across the Greater Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIP).
• Provide training to school staff on ABA principles.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
