Job summary

Aspire Educational Services is seeking a School-Based Behavior Consultant to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will train school staff, collect data, and adjust strategies to improve behavior, social skills, and academics within school settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (PA).
• Experience with FBA and BIP development and implementation.
• Experience using data collection software and behavior tracking systems.
• Training or certification in crisis intervention and behavior management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify function of behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and support to school staff on ABA principles.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for consistency.
