Zusammenfassung

Pyramid Healthcare invites a qualified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services for students with autism and behavioral needs in our school-based programs. You will supervise RBTs, develop PBSPs, conduct FBAs and train staff to implement ABA strategies with fidelity.

You will analyze data, consult with school districts, ensure confidentiality, and maintain compliance with Pennsylvania licensure standards while supporting positive student outcomes in on-site educational settings.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Ed, or related field with BACB certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral consulting to public or private schools.
• Meets educational eligibility requirements for Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist Licensure (LBS).

• Supervises Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and oversees ABA implementation.
