Job summary

Oxford Public Schools in Oxford, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with disabilities. The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop and supervise behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with school teams to implement data-driven interventions that promote progress and independence.

The role includes supervision of RBTs/BCaBAs, training staff and families, and ensuring compliance with IDEA, 504, and BACB standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in special education, behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification issued by BACB is required.
• Minimum of three years experience as a behavior/autism specialist; or equivalent mix of experience.
• Experience in a public school setting with autism and complex behavioral needs.
• Experience providing staff consultation and parent training within IEP processes.
• Completion of BACB supervision requirements and ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using records, interviews, observations, and data analysis.
• Develop function-based BIPs addressing environment, instruction, and reinforcement.
• Provide direct ABA services per IEPs and supervise ABA programming.
• Collaborate with teams to embed interventions in daily routines.
• Review progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs per BACB rules.
• Consult with educators, families, and outside providers and train staff.
