Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support staff in creating behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and data collection.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and analyze data.
• Train staff to implement FBAs and BIPs effectively.
• Participate in the IEP process including annual reviews and evaluations.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on student FBAs and BIPs.
• Model Safety Care strategies and provide training.
• Provide professional development on behavioral interventions.
• Communicate with IEP team members including educators and parents.
• Collaborate on programs including ASD classrooms and therapeutic settings.
• Assist in MTSS pre-referral processes.
