BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract role across two to three schools near Lynn, MA. The position covers the 2026-2027 school year with a 34‑hour workweek and opportunities to shape district-wide practices.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, collect and graph data for IEP progress, and supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals, while supporting staff development. Eligible candidates may receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.

Qualifikationen

  • Current BCBA certification is required.
  • Active LABA license from MA Allied Mental Health division is required.
  • Spanish bilingual is a definite asset.
  • Experience with school-based FBAs and intervention planning is highly desirable.
  • Skilled communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Now is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact across multiple schools in a vibrant educational community near Lynn, MA. This contract role covers the 20262027 school year with the potential to create lasting positive change for students and faculty.

In this role, youll provide support across two to three school sites, collaborating with educators, paraprofessionals, and RBTs to enhance student outcomes. Your expertise in functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention will be valued and central to driving student success district-wide.

Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification is required
  • Active LABA license from the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a definite asset
  • Previous experience with school-based Functional Behavior Assessments and intervention planning is highly desirable
  • Skilled communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities:
