Job summary

Indianapolis Public Schools is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our district-wide Unified Student Supports team. The BCBA will design and oversee ABA-based behavioral supports across multiple schools, support staff, and collaborate with families to improve student outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a current BACB-credential, a master’s degree in ABA or a related field, and experience delivering ABA services in educational settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with BACB standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, SPED, psychology, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services in educational settings.
• Ability to travel locally between school buildings.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services across district schools with fidelity.
• Develop and monitor ABA-based behavior interventions and programs.
• Train and coach staff and families in ABA techniques.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to support students.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to inform decisions.
