Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support students in a Indianapolis, IN school setting. The role focuses on assessment, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and families to implement behavioral strategies.

You will supervise RBTs as applicable, conduct FBAs, develop Behavior Support Plans, and monitor progress to ensure positive student outcomes. A BCaBA certification and state requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) using relevant assessment tools.
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff for implementation.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams and families.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable.
