Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. seeks a licensed BCBA to provide behavioral supports in school settings, collaborating with teachers to deliver individualized services to groups of students.

You will monitor progress, conduct assessments, and prepare ABA reports to guide educational planning, while participating in IEP meetings and supervising RBT/BCBA trainees. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Facilitate family engagement and collaborate with external partners to support students, families, and staff.
• Observe students in their educational environment and conduct assessments to increase student success.
• Write ABA notes and reports based on observations and recommendations for the educational team.
• Create and model implementation of behavior programs/strategies in the school environment.
• Assist in data collection to monitor student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
