Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site role in Indianapolis, IN. You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to support student success.

Applicants must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA/related field, with state-appropriate background clearance. Expect data-driven ABA work, BACB compliance, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform FBA and develop individualized BIPs.
• Oversee RBTs to ensure fidelity of ABA implementation.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive progress.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and service providers.
• Provide training on behavior strategies.
• Maintain documentation per BACB standards.
• Prepare materials for service delivery across settings.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when needed.
