Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school setting. The role includes conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and coaching staff to implement strategies effectively.

• If you do not have licensure for a state, PDS licensing team will assist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs for students.
• Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decision-making and adjust interventions.
• Train school teams on evidence-based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports.
