Ro Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a school setting, providing supervision to RBTs and collaborating with school staff to improve student outcomes.

This role emphasizes RBT supervision, development of behavior plans, FBAs, data collection, and ongoing training for staff, with flexible part-time scheduling in Riverside County, primarily Corona. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to train and mentor RBTs and staff.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs, ensuring proper implementation of behavioral interventions.
• Provide general supervision to other professionals and attend meetings (IEPs, Team Meetings).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain supervision/consultation notes and documentation.
• Attend clinical meetings and branch-level meetings for progress review.
• Deliver 40-hour training programs for new RBTs and ongoing staff development.
• Conduct competency assessments for RBTs and provide feedback.
• Complete incident reports for students and staff per policies.
• Conduct FBAs to identify root causes and plan interventions.
• Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) focusing on antecedent strategies.
• Create ongoing data collection to monitor baseline and program efficacy.
