Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Riverside County, Corona. The BCBA will supervise RBTs and collaborate with school staff to improve student learning and behavior outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs/BIPs, delivering 40-hour trainings, and maintaining thorough documentation. In-person role with competitive compensation and growth opportunities within the Ro Health network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs, ensuring effective and ethical implementation of behavioral interventions.
• Provide general supervision and attend meetings regarding services (IEPs, Team Meetings, etc.).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain supervision/consultation notes and comply with policies for note storage.
• Attend clinical meetings and contribute to branch-level strategy sessions.
