Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCaBA certification.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to train and mentor RBTs and other staff.
• Strong willingness to travel with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and other providers under a BCBA.
• Supervise and attend meetings regarding services (IEPs, Team Meetings).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain supervision/consultation notes and documentation per policy.
• Attend clinical and branch-level meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
• Develop and deliver 40-hour training programs for new RBTs and ongoing staff development.
• Conduct competency and renewal assessments for RBTs and providers.
• Complete incident reports as needed in compliance with policies.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of challenging behaviors and inform interventions.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans focusing on antecedent strategies.
• Establish and maintain ongoing data collection to monitor program efficacy.
