Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and other providers.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement behavior plans.
• Document supervision observations and notes per policy.
• Attend clinical meetings and participate in branch-level discussions.
• Deliver 40-hour training programs for new RBTs and continued education.
• Conduct initial and renewal competency assessments for RBTs.
• Complete incident reports when needed.
• Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Establish ongoing data collection to monitor program effectiveness.
