EdAdvance in Danbury seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to support schools with students facing social-emotional-behavioral challenges. The BCBA will plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options and supervise staff.
The role requires BACB credentials and CT licensure, plus strong communication and teamwork. This is a full-time position reporting to the building principal with opportunities for coaching and professional development.

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to provide support to specific schools with students with significant social-emotional-behavioral challenges, designated Support Staff, and School Administrators.
The primary function of the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavioral support service delivery options.
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst works under the supervision of the building principal.
