Job summary

BEAM is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and evaluate behavior analysis interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities and related needs. You will lead a team of paraeducators and professionals, ensuring programs are tailored to each client and aligned with ABA practices.

The role emphasizes supervising behavior aides, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with community partners to foster positive outcomes across settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, FBAs, and BIPs.
• Certification to supervise behavior aides.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between BEAM and community/district partners to communicate behavior plans.
• Promote relationships in the best interest of students, BEAM, and partners.
• Confer with staff and partners on problems of student adjustment.
• Assist programs in curriculum development and instructional improvement for behavioral programming.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and modify plans.
