Qualifications
Minimum three years working after BCBA certification developing instructional programs for individuals with disabilities.
Experience conducting functional analyses and developing function-based behavior intervention plans.
Experience training staff related to ABA.
Responsibilities
Provide behavior analytic services to children in the district with severe behavioral needs.
Conduct functional behavior assessments.
Assist district staff with development and implementation of behavior plans.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Education
Master’s Degree in applied behavior analysis or related field
Certification from the BACB as BCBA in good standing
Licensed Behavior Analyst in State of Connecticut
