Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Leavenworth, KS. The role focuses on clinical leadership, designing classroom behavior programs, and aligning interventions with IEPs to improve student outcomes.

You will work with educators, families, and service providers, offering training and supervision to school teams while maintaining quality care with manageable caseloads.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Experience with children or in school-based settings.
• Strong assessment and data analysis skills.
• Experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
• Ability to collaborate with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely manage physical behaviors as needed.

Responsibilities
