The BCBA will assess needs, design and oversee IEP-aligned interventions, and monitor progress while training staff and coordinating with families and service providers. This position prioritizes quality caseloads and sustainable impact.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential.
• Experience with children or in school settings.
• Strong assessment, data analysis and program development skills.
• Experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
• Ability to collaborate with families, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely manage physical behaviors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess student needs and design behavior intervention plans.
• Oversee implementation of behavior plans within schools.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs to improve outcomes.
• Provide training, supervision and guidance to school-based teams.
• Collaborate with educators, families and related service providers.
