Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a School-Based BCBA to lead behavioral support and student progress in our school-based program. You will assess student needs, design and oversee behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs, and monitor progress to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers, while training and supervising school teams implementing behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential
• Experience with children in school-based settings
• Strong assessment and data analysis skills
• Experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs
• Ability to collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely manage physical behaviors

Responsibilities
