Easterseals Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavior Specialist - School Based BCBA to join our Philadelphia schools and partner with a Northeast Philadelphia charter school and our Approved Private School in Philadelphia. Qualifications

• This job requires a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
• Master’s degree in psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• ABA or BCBA certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with IDEA and IEPs.
• Ability to train and support teachers, staff, and families on behavior management.
• Comfort working within IEP teams and contributing behavioral recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of behavior therapy assistants and ensure effective implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans with accurate data collection.
• Develop and supervise individualized Behavior Support Plans incorporating therapy, consultation, and family support.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and contribute to IEPs and progress monitoring.
• Monitor behavioral data, assess student progress, and adjust strategies to support skill acquisition.
• Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes, Progress Reports, FBAs and PBS plans.
