Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) in San Francisco is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based services, supporting PreK and elementary programs. You’ll work with educators and families to strengthen behavioral programming and build internal capacity.

The role offers a 35-hour week, hybrid collaboration (onsite and virtual), a $100k–$115k salary, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for PreK–Elementary caseloads.
• Utilize assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, SSIS) to identify needs.
• Coach and support RBTs and staff with evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate with school teams to ensure generalization and success.
• Maintain documentation aligned with district standards.
