Job summary

You will consult with staff to implement ABA-informed strategies and oversee program development for students with autism, including collaboration with IEP teams.

The role requires a valid BCBA credential, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work across multiple school functions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consults with staff to identify learning strategies and positive behavior interventions.
• Plans and oversees ABA-based programs for students with autism.
• Manages student behavior programs and paraprofessional training.
• Conducts assessments aligned with IDEA and related regulations.
• Presents assessment results at IEP meetings.
