SPEECHCOM, INC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Walnut, CA. The role focuses on FBAs, BIPs, IEP collaboration, and supervising staff to support students with behavioral needs.

The position offers a 40-hour work week, competitive pay at $72-$82 per hour, and a start window from November 30, 2026 to May 28, 2027, with the assignment running through the school year. Major benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• School-based experience preferred; supervising staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs to support students with behavioral needs.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavior staff, including RBTs.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school administrators, and related service providers to monitor plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings with behavioral consultation and progress updates.
• Train and coach school staff on positive behavior supports and crisis interventions.
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure services align with district policies, state/federal regulations, and BACB ethics.
• Provide cross-site consultation to promote consistent implementation.
