ESS Clinical is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based assignments in Rocky Mount, NC. This full-time, W2 role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hours that may vary and a start date immediate.

Pay ranges from $70.00 to $75.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility based on hours worked. You will conduct FBAs/BIPs, develop evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, collaborate with school teams, and support MTSS/RTI initiatives to promote student growth and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification required.
• School-based experience preferred; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide individual and group behavior support.
• Support MTSS / RTI initiatives.
• Coach and train school staff in behavior management.
