Job summary

ESS Clinical is seeking a School Services School Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a local contract in Buford, GA. The role supports K-12 schools during the current school year with a 35-hour week schedule and immediate start.

Responsibilities include conducting FBA/BIP, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with educators and families. Competitive benefits and W2 eligibility are noted.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• School-based experience preferred (mentorship available).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for supporting student growth and positive behavior change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide individual and group behavior support.
• Support MTSS / RTI initiatives.
• Coach and train school staff in behavior management and positive behavior supports.
