Job summary

POPS aba in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-owned organization. The role focuses on in-home and community-based ABA services with opportunities for advancement to Clinic Lead BCBA.

The position is full-time and in-person, serving Rocky Mount and surrounding communities with a negotiable starting salary of $105,000 and relocation bonus options. This is a leadership-minded clinical opportunity.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current North Carolina behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to providing services.
• Ability to provide in-person services throughout Rocky Mount and surrounding communities.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person supervision of ABA services in home and community settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing support.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with professional and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical development and leadership activities.
• Support expansion of POPS aba services in Rocky Mount and surrounding communities.
• Build referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, and community organizations.
