POPS aba, a clinician-owned organization, seeks a BCBA to provide in-home and community-based ABA services in Rocky Mount, NC. You will supervise, assess, and tailor treatment plans while collaborating with families and staff. Opportunities exist for leadership and clinic expansion in North Carolina.

Starting salary is $105,000 annually, with relocation bonus available and potential advancement to Clinic Lead BCBA as the organization grows.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to providing services.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-person clinical supervision and oversight of ABA services in home and community settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress, analyze clinical data, and modify treatment as needed.
• Provide caregiver training, education, and ongoing support.
• Mentor and supervise behavior technicians to promote competence and fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, technicians, and professionals to support outcomes.
• Ensure documentation, treatment planning, and service delivery meet professional and payer requirements.
• Participate in clinical collaboration and professional development.
• Support expansion of POPS aba services in Rocky Mount and surrounding communities.
• Develop relationships with referral sources like pediatricians and schools.
