You will conduct evaluations, collect data, develop behavior support plans, and train staff and caregivers to ensure meaningful outcomes. The position offers a $77,000–$80,000 salary with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required or ability to obtain.
• Experience developing and monitoring behavior analytic programs.
• Experience working with individuals with severe interfering behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations.
• Collect and analyze data to guide individualized programming.
• Develop and oversee behavior support plans and interventions.
