Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a School-Based BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services within educational settings, collaborating with educators, families, and students to promote meaningful progress.

This full-time role offers a school-based caseload with onsite and virtual collaboration, strong mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience in school-based/educational settings.
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing BIPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee behavioral programming for students.
• Support IEP teams and collaborate with educators and families.
• Collect and analyze data to guide progress and decisions.
• Provide supervision to ABA staff in school settings.
• Deliver trainings and consultations to school teams.
