Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a BCBA to complete FBAs, design BSPs, and oversee treatment plans for clients from birth to 18. You will assess needs using VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, and related tools while collaborating with school teams.

The role includes supervising BTs and training RBTs/BCBA candidates, with flexibility for telehealth as clinically appropriate. California licensure and active BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with knowledge of scheduling and billing in ABA.
• Willingness to travel between homes in the Coachella Valley.
• Valid California driver''s license in good standing.
• BCBA certification required; Master's in Psychology or Related Field.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and develop BSPs for clients from birth to 18.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland) as needed.
• Collaborate with school teams.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals and interventions.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs and monitor progress toward goals.
• Train and supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates as per supervision contract.
• Willing to perform FBAs in-person and via telehealth where appropriate.
