The district is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team in Massachusetts. You will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs and observations, developing BIPs and reinforcement systems, maintaining data collection, providing in-class support and staff training, supervising RBTs, and designing classroom

Formación

• BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Massachusetts DESE licensure required.
• Experience with FBAs and BIPs in schools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral observations.
• Develop BIPs and reinforcement systems.
• Create and maintain data collection systems.
• Provide in-class support and staff training.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans.
