Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Fontana, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a hybrid role that lets you launch a region and build your own caseload. The position involves conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP/Vineland assessments, and supervising RBTs/BTs.

You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide parent training, with opportunities to train BCBA candidates. Requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in Psychology/Behavior Analysis, and a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with Autism.
• Strong administrative skills with knowledge of scheduling and billing in ABA.
• Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of patients (age, race, etc).

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and develop BSPs for clients from birth to 18.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, etc.).
• Perform home visits for FBAs, progress monitoring, and supervise RBTs/BTs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans (goals, objectives, interventions).
• Provide direct case supervision to BTs and monitor client progress toward goals.
• Provide parent training based on ABA principles.
• Train and supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates per supervision contract.
• Ensure 85% fulfillment of authorized client hours for caseload.
• Minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions.
• Be open to feedback from ABA Director and Clinical Director.
