Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to complete FBAs, develop BSPs, and supervise treatment plans for clients from birth to 18. The role involves collaboration with school teams and direct supervision of BTs and RBTs, with telehealth or in-person assessments as needed.

The position requires travel to client homes in the Coachella Valley area, a valid California driver's license, and ongoing commitment to learning about treatment practices in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and develop BSPs for clients birth to 18.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland) as needed.
• Collaborate with school teams to coordinate care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals and interventions.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs and monitor progress toward goals.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and BCBA candidates as per supervision contract.
• Willing to perform FBAs in-person or via telehealth when appropriate.
