Job summary

EnsembleTherapyServices is seeking a BCBA for a field-based role in the Coachella Valley area. The position involves conducting FBAs, developing BSPs, and supervising RBTs and BTs, with collaboration across school teams to support client progress.

The candidate will perform VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland assessments and design individualized treatment plans, with flexibility for telehealth where clinically appropriate. Travel between homes is required.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Strong administrative and scheduling/billing knowledge.
• Ability to travel between homes in the Coachella Valley area.
• Willingness to conduct FBAs in-person and via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and develop BSPs for clients from birth to 18 (scope dependent).
• Conduct VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland and other assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with school teams.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals and interventions.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs and monitor progress.
• Train and supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates as per supervision contract.
• Willing to perform FBAs in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.

Job description

• Complete all aspects of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support plans (BSP) for clients from birth to 18(dependent upon BCBA\\'s scope of practice)
• Conduct assessments (e.g.VB-MAPP,AFLS, Vineland and other supplemental assessments based on the need of the client).
• Collaborate with school teams
• Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions)
• Providedirectcasesupervisionto BTs and monitor client progress towards goals.
• Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBA candidates as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract
• Must be willing to complete FBAs both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Strong administrative skillswith a working knowledge of commonscheduling andbilling practices in the ABA field
• Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit ourclients
• Must have a strong/abilitydesire to work with a wide array of patients (age, race, ethnicity,etc)
• Able to be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)
• Able to behighly collaborative, team-oriented and customer servicedriven
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between homes in the Coachella Valley area.
• Must have a valid California Driver\\'s license in good standing.

Licensing/Credential and/or Education Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted BCBA certification from the BACB
• Must possess a Master\\'s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or relatedfield

Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time. Additionally,physicalabilitiesinclude lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering,talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/fieldofvision.
